2.8 Marketing Consent

Users may optionally consent to receive newsletters, updates, or notifications about Easy Tiger Group products and services. Marketing consent is not required to access the analysis tool or course and may be withdrawn at any time.


3. Terms & Conditions – Recruitment, Relocation, Online Analysis Tools, and Courses

3.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Easy Tiger Group service, including recruitment services, relocation services, online analysis tools, or digital courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Nature of Services

Easy Tiger Group provides:

  • Online analysis tools designed to support personal insight and reflection
  • Educational courses focused on career and professional development

3.3 No Guarantees or Claims

All analysis outputs, insight reports, growth areas, skill gaps, and suggested career pathways are indicative only. They are not guarantees, predictions, or assurances of outcomes.

The online analysis tool and course:

  • Do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
  • Are not diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic services
  • Do not replace professional career coaching, counselling, or mental health support

3.4 User Responsibility

Users remain fully responsible for decisions relating to career, employment, education, or personal development made using information provided through Easy Tiger Group services.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

Services and content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Tiger Group disclaims all warranties and limits liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of its services.

No content or data generated through our services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Easy Tiger Group. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
