Easy Tiger Group was founded in 2015, not because it was the plan, but because a handful of clients asked Louise Neal to do it. They told her directly: “If you build it, we’ll follow“. They meant it. They became our first clients.
That says something, we think.
Louise has spent nearly 37 years working across recruitment, talent management, and career development, across 43 countries and more industries than most people can name. She is not a figurehead. She is the person who picks up the phone, who remembers the conversation from three years ago, who notices when something isn’t quite right and says so. That personal commitment runs through everything we do, from the most senior executive search to the individual who just needs someone to finally take them seriously.
We are a team with a genuinely global reach. We have placed over 1,100 professionals. We have worked in 25+ sectors. We have built relationships that have lasted decades, because we do not treat people as transactions. Not businesses. Not candidates. Not anyone.

There are a lot of recruitment and talent firms out there. Some are good. Some are very good. So why do clients who have worked with Louise for years follow her from firm to firm, and eventually ask her to start her own?
The honest answer is this: Most firms say they are different. Very few actually are.
What makes us different is not a process. It is not a methodology or a proprietary framework, although we have those too. It is the fact that we take time to understand what is actually needed, for the business, for the role, and for the person who will be doing it. We do not rush that. We have politely turned down work that did not follow Easy Tiger culture, because placing someone badly helps no one.
Louise built this company the hard way: decades of real experience, real conversations, real mistakes, and a genuine respect for the people on both sides of every search. That shapes how every one of us operates.
