Business Development Manager/Account Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Consulting:
- Create, develop, and maintain trusted advisor partnerships with clients, aligning the company’s services with their mobility programs.
- Understand clients’ programs and translate this knowledge into tailored solutions and strategies for their mobility program needs.
- Identify barriers to program growth/success and develop effective strategies based on client research and industry knowledge.
- Share and increase industry trends and knowledge through client and professional networks.
- Provide value to clients at every interaction.
- Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Organize and moderate client events and round tables.
- Attend industry/networking events to showcase the company’s capabilities.
Subject Matter Expert:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company’s suite of services and guide clients towards successful outcomes.
- Explain the benefits of clients’ services and technology product suite, highlighting how they enhance mobility programs.
- Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Work closely with marketing functions to drive meaningful campaigns, initiatives, and events.
- Advocate for clients internally to ensure solutions and services meet their evolving needs.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop an understanding of products and services at a national and global level, including features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Partner with internal experts to stay updated on products, market/industry trends, and competitor capabilities.
- Create a growth strategy by building new business relationships through networking, cold calling, emailing, and attending trade events.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, articulating the company’s value proposition and presenting consultative solutions.
- Devise strategies to move sales prospects through the company’s sales cycles and close new deals.
- Draft proposals and respond to requests for quotations, incorporating feedback and enhancing the process.
- Guide prospects through client onboarding processes, engaging stakeholders such as procurement, legal, and IT.
- Work closely with client services team to onboard new clients, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and maintaining engagement.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, recording activities in Salesforce.com and reporting progress and metrics.
- Collaborate with other business development and managing directors, identifying potential opportunities for the company.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building and maintaining strong brand awareness.
- Perform other assigned duties.
GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree; 5+ years of experience in selling professional services, preferably in immigration, HR, relocation, and travel visas.
- Well-developed network of potential stakeholders in industry vertical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, for sales documentation, pipeline management, and client prospecting.
- Ability to establish trust and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to develop an internal network with key stakeholders in the company to support the sales process.
- Understanding of engaging with various stakeholders involved in a complex sales process, such as executives, procurement, finance, legal, and IT.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a long lead sales pipeline and momentum for sales prospects.
- Familiarity with the proposal preparation process, analyzing RFP/RFQ details, and responding to client vendor onboarding documentation.
- Effective time management skills, meeting targets and deadlines in a deadline-sensitive environment.
- High motivation, enthusiasm, initiative, taking ownership and commitment to the role and organization.
