Company Overview:

We have two clients who are esteemed partners within Technology for Mobility Solution and Business Travel, specializing in global mobility solutions and technology for international businesses. One business focuses on visa and passport services, while the other provides comprehensive data, software, and expertise for managing international assignments effectively. Together, they offer a holistic suite of services to facilitate seamless global mobility solutions utilizing the technology available to us today, for their clients.

Position Summary:

As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving revenue growth for our client. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and promoting the comprehensive range of services offered by the organizations. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for sales, relationship building, and industry networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and research potential clients within target industries and geographic regions.
    • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our client’s services/product.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions tailored to meet clients’ specific requirements.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with complementary businesses, industry associations, and service providers.
    • Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to expand the reach and service offerings of our client.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
    • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to management.
  5. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
    • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educated in Business Administration, Marketing, (or related field and equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably in the global mobility, relocation, Technology or consultancy industry.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cross-cultural communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Additional Information:

This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary plus performance-based incentives and benefits. Their operational structure primarily entails remote work, with occasional visits to the office or client sites as necessary. Both face-to-face and virtual client meetings are encouraged, with the preference determined by what suits the needs of all parties involved.
